For orders within the Netherlands Babycare aims to deliver your order within 5 business days. For international orders transit times vary with destination, but 7 business days is a good estimate. Because validation of your details may take an extra day or two, please allow a margin.
You can speed up the process by accurately filling in your personal details, creditcard billing address and landline telephone number.
We will keep you updated on the status of your order and provide you with the tracking number of your package.
FREE SHIPPING is available for destination within the European Union. The product value must be over Euro 100.-.
Shipping costs for orders below the Free Shipping treshold or when shipping to other destinations are based on destination and weight.
By clicking 'Shipping Quote' in your shopping cart and entering your postcode you are presented with the available options.
For the Netherlands there is standard shipping available for a flat fee of Euro 2.95. To Belgium this is Euro 6.95.

Cash On Delivery orders, where you pay the mail man have a Euro 6,- (via PostNL) or Euro 15,- (via UPS) surcharge added to the invoice total. Cash On Delivery is available for shipping addresses in the Netherlands.

Shipping via PostNL
PostNL is the Dutch national postal service.
PostNL delivers your order Monday through Saturday. COD orders will be delivered Monday through Friday.
Shipments are handled as registered postal packages. Cartons in multi-package shipments travel separately but they usually arrive at the same time.
For international shipments PostNL uses it's international partners. For Europe this usually is DPD and for non-EU shipments you can expect your national postal services to deliver your order.
You can track your order online via the PostNL Track&Trace website using the supplied tracking number.
Shipping via UPS
United Parcel Service is the world's largest package delivery company. UPS delivers your order to more than 200 countries and territories around the world.
UPS delivers your order Monday through Friday.
We will keep you up to date on the status of your order and provide you with the UPS tracking information.
You can track your order online via the UPS website.
With UPS, cartons in multi-package shipments travel together and thus arrive at the same time.
UPS makes three attempts to deliver your order. When you are not at home the UPS driver usually leaves an 'InfoNotice' in your mailbox.
You can then wait for a redelivery or you may contact UPS for an alternative day or to supply an alternative address.
