We offer a few methods to find the products you are looking for:
When you are looking for a specific product.
Please submit a search phrase, brand name or part of either one in the text box at the left of the screen. Only matching products will be displayed.
Use the product categories at the left of the screen to browse the Babycare site.
Product information You found a product, but you need more information? Please click the product picture.
If you have decided on a product, please click the 'Add to Cart' button beneath the product. Your shopping cart will be stored automatically. In the upper right corner of the screen you can see the contents of your cart. You can have a detailed view of your cart's contents by clicking 'Cart Contents' in the upper right corner. You can easily change quantities, remove products from your cart or review the product info.
By clicking 'Shipping Quote' and entering your postcode the shipping costs will be displayed instantly.
For some destinations you have to register first to get a shipping quote, as we need to know the exact shipping address. Registering is free and without any obligation.

By following the directions on the screen you can place your order.
You can continue shopping or change your order at any moment by clicking a product category or 'Cart Contents'. This way you can easily get a shipping quote for any combination of products. You can do this as often as you like. Your order has not been placed and you will not be charged. Please note: When you prefer Cash On Delivery (COD) for your order there is a Euro 6,- (via PostNL) or Euro 15,- (via UPS) surcharge added to the order total. Cash-on-delivery is available within the Netherlands.
Placing your order
When the products you want to order are in your shopping cart you can finalize your order by clicking 'Shipping' on the top-right of the screen or 'Shipping Quote' on the bottom-right of the Shopping Cart screen. In the following screens you will find these subjects:
Shipping address and shipping method.
If you want your order delivered at a different address you can specify this. You could for example have your order delivered at you work address.
Please note that your order usually will be delivered during business hours. The available shipping methods and shipping costs will be displayed. Shipping costs for international orders are based on destination, weight and volume.
Within the Netherlands your order will ship at a maximum of Euro 2.95. All orders will ship via PostNL or UPS.
You can decide on the carrier when finalizing your order.
We will keep you updated on the status of your order. Tracking information will be sent to you by e-mail.
Billing address and payment method.
The billing address will be the main address on the invoice. Your invoice will be shipped together with your order. You can have the invoice e-mailed to you instead. The invoice will then be in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat). This can come in handy if you want to send your order as a present. If you want your invoice e-mailed, please add a comment in the 'Comments'-field during checkout.
Depending on the shipping address you can choose between up to three payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer and Cash On Delivery. (related topic: Payment methods and Sales tax)
Please check all details and correct if necessary. Then click 'Confirm Order' and your order is transmitted.

With phone orders you can not log in to review the status of your order nor can you register for our newsletter and receive discount offers.
