All our products are delivered directly by the manufacturer or the official distributor. Excellent quality for a good price is very important to us. Despite our strict selection, defects or complaints can arise. That is why our excellent service does not stop after your purchase. We help you as quickly as possible if the product does not meet your expectations on the long run. Babycare therefore guarantees all products when it concerns manufacturing and material faults.
The guarantee period is the term indicated by the manufacturer of the product, this usually is 1 or 2 years.
Need to use your guarantee?
If you have to use the guarantee, we can send replacement parts. If necessary, we will take care of the repair or replacement of your product. Within the warranty period, we will send your repaired article free of charge to all addresses within the European Union. Within the warranty, we pay the shipping costs. The shipping costs for destinations outside the EU have to be calculated because it depends on the country and the product. We will always consult with you first about the price.
What to do with complaints?
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in which you clearly describe the complaint. We would like to receive:
• Photos or videos to make the complaint transparent for us and for the manufacturer or importer.
• Also state your invoice number so that we can ensure that your complaint is resolved as quickly as possible.
Usually we offer you a suitable solution within 1 to 2 working days.
Product replacement or repair
An item that needs to be repaired or replaced can be properly packaged and sent to us with sufficient postage. To do this, follow the section '4 steps to return products'.
