Babycare.nl ships to any destination worldwide. When there's a Postal Service or UPS network, we can ship to you!
At Babycare, we know how excited you are with your order and we will do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Orders that are in stock will ship the same business day. Tracking will be available via e-mail.
For orders within the Netherlands you can expect your order to arrive the next day, Monday through Friday.
For international orders transit times vary with destination so please keep a keen eye on the tracking information.
We will keep you updated on the status of your order and provide you with the tracking number of your package.
The shipping charges are calculated for you when you go to your shopping cart.
FREE SHIPPING is available for these destinations with a minimum order value of Euro 40.-

FREE SHIPPING is available for the rest of the European Union with a minimum order value of Euro 250.-
By clicking 'Shipping Quote' in your shopping cart and entering your postcode you are presented with the available options.
Shipping costs for orders below the Free Shipping treshold or when shipping to other destinations are based on destination and weight.
For the Netherlands there is standard shipping available for a flat fee of Euro 5.95.
Envelope post is available for light and small items.
This type of posting will save a lot of shipping costs. Track&trace will not be available. This shipping option is not available for all countries.
In the shopping cart you will be presented with this option when it applies to your order.
Shipping via PostNL or UPS

PostNL is the Dutch national postal service.
PostNL delivers your order Monday through Saturday. COD orders will be delivered Monday through Friday.
Shipments are handled as registered postal packages. Cartons in multi-package shipments travel separately but they usually arrive at the same time.
For international shipments PostNL uses it's international partners. Usually this is your local Postal Service.
We'll provide you with the tracking information so you can track your order online.

United Parcel Service is the world's largest package delivery company. UPS delivers your order to more than 200 countries and territories around the world.
UPS delivers your order Monday through Friday. We will keep you up to date on the status of your order and provide you with the UPS tracking information.
You can track your order online via the UPS website.
With UPS, cartons in multi-package shipments travel together and thus arrive at the same time.
UPS makes three attempts to deliver your order. When you are not at home the UPS driver usually leaves an 'InfoNotice' in your mailbox. You can then wait for a redelivery or you may contact UPS for an alternative day or to supply an alternative address.
The best way to keep track of your order is by checking the provided detailed tracking information.
