At Babycare service is our number one priority. We love to help you find the perfect product for you and your child. We work hard and with a lot of love for our customers. That is why we have such a high rating on Trustpilot; a 9.6!
We process every order with great care and love from start to finish. Nevertheless there is a possibility that you are not totally satisfied with your order. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or it has been damaged during transport. It’s always possible to exchange or return your order.
Change, cancel or return orders
At Babycare your happiness as a customers is our number 1 priority. That is why we try to help you as best as possible during every step of your order.
Returns and exchange of items
Most online shops give you 14 days to return your products. At Babycare we give you 30 days to return your order. Because we know life moves so much faster when you have small kids.
Would you like to return an item because it does not meet your expectations? Then fill in the online return form. You will receive a return authorization number by e-mail.
A new product can be returned if the product is unused and packaged with all documents and accessories supplied with the product. The product packaging must be in good condition. If the returned item meets these conditions, the Babycare team will provide you with a full credit.
A returned item that does not meet these conditions cannot be credited for the full amount. If this is the case, we will always contact you, we will never automatically refund the amount partially.
As soon as we have received the returned item, we start working to pay you back as quickly as possible. There are now two possibilities:
- The order amount will be refunded directly to your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.
- We return the money to the account that was used to pay the order.
Is your returned order paid with a gift voucher or discount voucher? Then you receive credit. With this store credit you can place a new order. This credit cannot be used to pay shipping costs. You will receive the code for the store credit by e-mail.
If you have paid with a credit card, the credit will be settled with the card within 10 working days.
Order received as a gift
Did you not place the order yourself? For example, when you received the product as a gift. Then it is possible to send your product back and you will receive store credit. You can use this store credit to find another gift. You will receive the code for the store credit by e-mail.
Actions or offers
In case of promotions or offers, Babycare reserves the right to apply additional rules. These rules are clearly indicated with the relevant products. Please contact us if you have questions about returns.
When is return not possible?
Products that cannot be returned:
- Seasonal products such as Christmas items.
- Care products and hygiene-related products, such as breast pumps, food bottles, lotions, diaper bucket refills, etc.
- Sale items. If this is the case we clearly mention it in the text.
Would you like to exchange articles for other articles on our site? Then follow the steps in the section '4 steps to return products' and then place a new order for the products that you would like to receive. The new order will be settled with the returned products. You will receive details about this by e-mail.
Change your order
Do you want to change an order? Please contact us as soon as possible. Has your order already been sent? Then your order can unfortunately no longer be changed. Follow the steps in 'Returning and exchanging articles' and you will get your money back from us as soon as possible.
