Changing or canceling an order, returning products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your products, so you have the opportunity to change your order or return products.

Changing your order
If you decide to change your order please contact our sales department on: +31 (0)598-635500. (International customers: Please click here for alternative phone numbers.) Outside our business hours you can leave a message on our voicemail system. Please make sure you mention your order number. You will be contacted by e-mail or phone to confirm the changes to your order.
  • Please call at your earliest opportunity when you decide to change your order.
If your order has been finalized it can be too late to retrieve it. If this is the case, please follow the steps in the paragraph below, 'Returning or exchanging products' and you will receive a full refund on the product price. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Returning or exchanging products
To return a product, please fill in the online returns-form. You will receive a return-authorization-code by e-mail. You can return products within 7 businessdays after receiving the order.
If you want to exchange products for other merchandise on our site, then follow the steps in paragraph '4 Steps for returning products' and place a new order for the products you want instead.
As soon as we receive the returned items, the return procedure will be completed. From here, there are 2 routes:
  • Your can pay for your new order with the credit you receive for the returned products.
    You will receive updates by e-mail.
  • The value of the returned products will be refunded to your bank- or credit card account within 10 businessdays.
    A refund will only be issued to the original bank- or credit card account, from where the payment was made.
    If the returned product was paid for by a gift certificate or discount coupon you will receive store credit. Store credit can be used to (partially) pay for other new-ordered items. (This excludes shipping charges.) A code for the store credit will be sent to you by e-mail.
    If payment was made using a credit card, the refund will also be issued towards this card within 10 businessdays.
    Please note: Some credit card companies credit their card holders once a month. In this case it could take up to 6 weeks for your refund to show up. (Example: Mastercard NL processed credits in the 3rd week of the month.)
If you did not place the order (say, when you have received a gift) and want to return products, you will receive store credit. This store credit can be used to pay for other merchandise. A code for the store credit will be sent to you by e-mail.

The refundable value will be determined by the product price on your original invoice.

In the case of promotional campaigns Babycare reserves the right to apply additional rules. If this is the case, these rules will be clearly advertised with the products. Make sure to contact us if you have any questions about returning products.

Products that can not be returned:
  • Seasonal merchandise. (like christmas-products)
  • Beauty- and hygiene products. (like breastpumps, feeding bottles, lotions, shampoos, diaper disposal systems, etc.)
  • Articles on sale. If you cannot return these articles this will be advertised with the product.
If you want to return a new product
  • A new product can be returned if it is unused and if it is accompanied by all documents and accessories that originally came with the product. Also the retail packaging is considered part of the product and has to be in good shape.
    If the return meets these requirements you will receive a full refund.
    A return that does not meet these requirements cannot be credited for the full amount. If this condition exists you will be contacted with information on the restocking fee.
