Step 1
Fill in the online returns form. You will receive a return authorization code by e-mail. This is important, as we have to know who-sends-what-back to ensure proper processing.
Step 2
Carefully repackage the product in its original box and add a note with the return-authorization-code. Send the package to:

Step 3
Write the return authorization code on the package.
A return shipment with missing return autorization code will not be processed.
Step 4
Send the package to our returns department using your preferred carrier.
We recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.
Alternatively, within the Netherlands, you can arrange for a pickup of your return shipment. Charges for these return services will be payable to Babycare and can only be paid with a credit card.

You will be refunded for the shipping charges if you are returning a product as a result of our error.
Return shipments with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
If you want to return a new product
A new product can be returned if it is unused and if it is accompanied by all documents and accessories that originally came with the product. Also the retail packaging is considered part of the product and has to be in good shape.
If the return meets these requirements you will receive a full refund.
A return that does not meet these requirements cannot be credited for the full amount. If this condition exists you will be contacted with information on the restocking fee.
